What are your store hours?
We are currently open Fridays from 11-5 & Saturdays 11-3. We offer local pickup with prior arrangement outside of our standard hours of operation as well!
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges. If a mistake has been made with your order, or if you have received flawed fabric, please contact us at email@example.com.
Do you do any sewing for hire? Like, will you hem my pants or make me a custom item?
No. Although you may find items handmade by Katelyn in the store from time to time, as a rule we do not do any alterations or custom commissions. We will periodically have sample sales (garments that have been made for display to show off the finished product of patterns we carry) and we will do our best to share out via social media and other channels.
Do you offer digital gift cards?
No, we do not offer them at this time, but look out for them in the future!
May I modify or cancel my outstanding order?
Yes, you can cancel your order so long as fabric has not been cut and/or your order has not been shipped. Modifications are managed on a case by case basis. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to make a modification or submit a cancellation request.
I purchased fabric and the recommended care instructions aren't in line with my normal care routine.
Any fabric that comes directly to us from the manufacturer has the care instructions they've recommended here on the website and those should not be ignored. Because deadstock fabric sometimes has a somewhat mysterious fiber content we feel it is always better to be cautious with your washing and drying routine. However, just like with many other things in sewing there isn't always just one way to do something SO, if you plan to stray from the care instructions, we highly recommend washing and drying a test swatch first to avoid any tragedies. The same goes for ironing. Testing first is always the best way to go!
The item I want already sold out, will you be restocking it?
We do our best to keep a rotating stock of fun things to keep it fresh, but also always want to strive to meet customer requests, so if there is something you love, but you missed out, feel free to email us at email@example.com to see if your request can be accommodated! As long as the item isn't deadstock or vintage, we can likely work something out :)
