Shipping FAQ

Please note, at this time we are only shipping to the US & Canada.

If you are an international customer located outside of the US & Canada watch out for more countries being included in the future!

How long will it take to process my order for shipment?

Our current turnaround time to process your order for shipment is 2-3 business days.

How do I check the status of my order?

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us which will include a tracking number you can use to check its status. Please allow at least 48 hours for the tracking information to become available. 

If you have specific questions about your order status please contact us at with your name and order number, and we will look into it for you.

Please remember, USPS is experiencing unprecedented volume increases and limited employee availability due to the impact of COVID-19. They appreciate your patience and so do I. It is possible that delays may occur for both regular and express delivery. Once your package has left our shop, we are not responsible for any delays that may occur. 

- Domestic Shipping -

Shipments within the US are sent via USPS. 

All US orders are shipped with tracking included. Approximate transit times are as follows:

Priority Mail: 1-4 Business Days

Priority Mail Express: Overnight to 2-day

First Class Package: 3-6 Business Days

- International Shipping - 

International shipments are sent via USPS. For shipments travelling outside of United States, duties, taxes, and import charges are the responsibility of the purchaser and may be charged to you upon delivery. 

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. 

Approximate transit times are as follows:

Priority Mail International: 6-10 Business Days, tracking included

Priority Mail Express International: 3-5 Business Days, 

First Class Package International: This is the most economical choice, but also the slowest transit time and the USPS website does not have a specific transit time listed. Tracking for this service is provided as well.

In-store pickup

You can skip the shipping fees with free local pickup at our storefront located inside the Merk Building @ 1339 Commerce Ave. Suite 105A in Longview, WA.

After placing your order and selecting local pickup at checkout, your order will be prepared and ready for pick up within 4-5 business days. We will send you an email when your order is ready along with instructions.

Pick up times must be prearranged and please note that masks covering your nose and mouth are required during your pickup. Please have your order confirmation email with you when you come.
